Chakra VP Offers Solutions to New Managers

Chakra Communications Acquires Assets of Digicon Imaging
Buffalo, New York (December 28, 2006) – Chakra Communications, Inc. (www.chakracentral.com), a newly formed, privately held company, has acquired the assets of Digicon Imaging, Inc. of Buffalo, New York, a local commercial printer and graphics communications business with annualized revenues in excess of $10 million. The assets were purchased from Digicon’s secured creditors. The acquisition also includes Digicon’s Creative Printing division in Endwell, NY. In conjunction with this transaction, Chakra Communications has hired from Digicon Imaging more than 60 employees with extensive printing and Internet services experience, the majority of whom work at the Buffalo location. Terms of the transaction were not announced. With the acquisition, Chakra Communications lists as its clients the Buffalo Bills, Delaware North Companies, the University at Buffalo, the fye music and video stores, General Nutrition Centers, Cornell University, Fidelity Employer Services, Erie Insurance, Visions FCU, Disney Publishing and Simon & Schuster New Media.
